Crispy Smashed Potatoes Boil potatoes in water until completely cooked through (can poke all the way in easily). Let cool for 10min. Smash the potatoes w/ a cup, coat with olive oil and spices. Bake for another 15min on top rack, then 30min in middle rack

Make Your Own Baked Taco Shells -- Working with 6 tortillas at a time, wrap in a barely damp cloth or paper towel and microwave on High until steamed, about 30 seconds. Lay the tortillas on a clean work surface and coat both sides with cooking spray. Then carefully drape each tortilla over two bars of the oven rack. Bake at 375°F until crispy, 7 to 10 minutes.
Pancake dippers with Bacon in the middle. Pretty much anything with bacon in the middle will be amazing.
Recipe: 1 and 1/2 roll of sugar cookie dough, spread on bottom of pan and cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Mix I bar of cream cheese with about half a box of powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cookie dough. On top of that spread strawberry glaze, and add the cut up strawberries on the top:)
