Directions: In a sauté pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes and paprika and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Increase the heat to high, add the shrimp, lemon juice and dry white wine, stir well, and sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque throughout, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.

This is my modified version of that recipe. These sold quickly at the bake sale! They have a granola-like appearance and are soft and chewy. A little cinnamon added in might be good, too.

I've always had bad luck making homemade pudding, but this was super easy. Make sure it is whisked well before adding milk and use a thick, glass bowl. I tried with and without vanilla and can't taste much difference.
