Naan 1 pkg yeast 1 c warm water 1/4 c sugar 3 T milk 1 egg beaten 2 t salt 3 - 4 c bread flour 1/4 c butter melted Combine yeast, water, pinch sugar. Let rest 10 min. Add sugar, milk, egg and salt. Add flour 1/2 c at a time, til the dough pulls away from sides. Knead 6-8 min til smooth. Place oiled bowl, cover, and rest til double. Punch down. Pinch off golf ball size, roll into balls. Let rise covered to double. heat a griddle med-high. Roll out. Oil pan. Cook. Brush with butter, flip cook.

These carrots are amazing! Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection!
