Caramels...made using the ice cube tray for perfect shapes every time! ... The sprayed ice cube pan with a silicone bottom to 'push' the caramel out .. brilliant! It may convince me to try making caramels again this holiday season.

Fill Ice Cube Trays With Fruit, Pour Melted Chocolate Over Them, Then Freeze. Yummy Easy Chocolate Covered Fruit!

S'mores Candy Bars (kinda made this. it was good. couldn't find an actual candy bar mold, so we used a small ice cube tray and put roasted marshmallows and graham cracker pieces in the tray, then poured chocolate over them.)

Inside out Chocolate filled strawberries: For a creamier filling, fill with a ganache. Melt 1 c. chocolate chips with 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream. Stir in 1 T. butter. Put it in the fridge to cool, maybe 15 to 30 minutes. Pipe it into the strawberries and enjoy. *ganache was really good. set them up in ice cube trays to chill. does NOT store well*

Make Rock Candy. Fun if you color to go with your party. Flavor it too!
