Ok, I'll admit that I've been guilty of using pre-made taco seasoning packets, but I don't think I'll ever use them again! These tacos were excellent! They had amazing flavor, and I love that you can create that with pantry staple spices--plus, without all that sodium in the packets. The lettuce wraps are messy (or at least I need to work on making better ones), but I love that it's a low carb option. Love love these.
