The Spartacus Workout | Men's Health....Cody and I have been doing this for 2 weeks now I and I've noticed a good difference in my muscle tone....it'll kick your butt the first few times you do it but it gets easier from then on...it only takes about 21 minutes if you follow the time constraints and all you need is 2 dumbells...it is a GREAT workout for your butt and thighs!
