Weighing and whisking is much faster than sifting! The GF Brioche is delish too! Would make a lovely french toast casserole or bread pudding. :)

Chocolate Peanut-Butter Cookies, No Baking Required! These are the easiest cookies to make, and they can be molded into any shape you want once they are cooked. I have made nests out of them by pushing the back side of an ice cream scooper into the round cookie balls on the waxed paper. Just add chocolate candy eggs and voila’!
