1. You will need a very large tshirt. Cut off the sleeves, and then cut a straight line right below the neckline. 2. Cut the side seam of the sleeve open, and lay it flat. Cut out a long rectangle. This is the top of the dress. Leave the finish sleeve hem- you won't have to do it later. :) 3. Match up the front and backs of the dress. 4. Sew right sides together the top pieces to each body piece. Then sew up the side seams. 5. Sew elastic for the waist/under bust. Sew it i

Rainbow frosting At first glance, it seems be very difficult to create a multi-colored frosting but following the instructions of Chica and Jo, all is plain sailing. Chica applies paste food coloring to the sides of the pastry bag with a brush and then fills it with the frosting mix. The result? Multicolor rainbow swirls adorning your favorite cupcakes.
