Honey Chicken Kabobs 8 chkn br. cut into 1" cubes 1/4 C oil 1/3 C honey 1/3 C soy sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 clove garlic 5 onions, cut into 2" pieces 2 red peppers, cut into 2' pieces In bowl, mix oil, honey, soy sauce, & pepper. Before adding chicken, reserve marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking. Place the chicken, garlic, onions & peppers in bowl, refrig @ least 2 hrs. Make kabobs. Place the skewers on the grill cook for 12-15' & brush with reserved marinade.
