I haven't been able to work out for almost 2 months from tendonitis in my hip that isn't getting better. It shows (to me anyway). I'm going to start taking care of myself and find ways to work out without putting too much pressure on my hip. I'm not letting this stop me nor be stupid about my health.

Tuck pelvis to flatten out low back. Lift bent left leg a few inches off floor; lower. Do 20 reps. Switch sides, repeat
