Always Perfect Roasted Potatoes - The potatoes were cooked perfectly but I didn't like the red cracked pepper in the spice mix. It was too hot for my liking and didn't seem needed. It was just hot to be hot but had no zesty flavoring. I will leave that out next time. Otherwise, very good.

My mom found this recipe and it is SO good. It's hard to find good paleo sides but this is tasty. roasted cauliflower with bacon and garlic. I made this, but sprinkled a bit of red pepper flakes, and increased the temp to 400 degrees as suggested in another recipe. We love it!
