The Traditional Way to Make Msemen - Square Moroccan Crepes
Our Algerian recipe is Lamb Tagine with dried fruits. I used prunes and some frozen apricots. The lamb was deliciously tender and the dish was not overly sweet. Being a week night and rather tired we just had it with toast which went down really well but it would be equally good with mashed potato and vegies. Definitely one to make again.

Pimp your lemonade: Mix in some mint leaves, Add freshly grated ginger, Add a few drops of orange blossom water, Mix in some rosebuds, Dilute with ice cold tea instead of water, Add a cinnamon stick, Dilute with 1/2 water and 1/2 orange juice
