Mushroom Mania !
Morel mushrooms. I soak mine in salt water in the fridge. When I'm ready to cook them, I roll or blend saltine crackers to make fine crumbs or flour. I place the crumbs in an air tight bag. I dip the mushrooms in milk and then shake them in the bag of cracker crumbs to coat. Then, I fry them in oil. It just takes minutes on each side. Yum!!

Stuffed Mushrooms - Remodelaholic - made for John's 30th birthday. Doubled recipe, still only used one egg; half a package of ham and half a bag of spinach (made half without ham for the veggie eaters/those avoiding nitrates.) Delicious. Serve hot. Baking on foil-lined roll-pan made clean up easy, does produce a lot of mushroom juice on pan.
