Cheesecake Factory Buffalo Blasts!!
start with buffalo sauce: mix equal parts butter and tobasco in a saucepan. heat with pepper, cayenne, hot sauce-whatever tasted good!
Next, chop cooked chicken breast into small pieces (cooking the chicken with some heat spices is great too!) and mix with 1/2-3/4C authentic Mexican blend cheese (all white, no yellow), and enough buffalo sauce to make the mixture moist but not enough to make it wet or have extra in the bottom of the bowl.

place a spoonful into each wonton wrapper, seal with egg wash and smoosh edges with a fork.
