Crockpot Beef Stroganoff 1-2 lbs cube steak, cut into one-inch pieces 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup (no substitutes!) 1 cup chopped onion 1 Tb Worcestershire 1 14 oz can beef broth, salt & pepper 4 oz cream cheese, room temp 1/2 c. sour cream In the crockpot, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and beef broth. Cook on low for 5-6 hours 3. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream about half hour b/f serving. Serve over Egg Noodles.

•2 lbs. CHICKEN BREAST •1 cup ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING •1/2 Tablespoon MINCED GARLIC •1 packet RANCH DRESSING MIX •1/2 cup WATER •1/2 Tablespoon GROUND CUMIN •1/2 Tablespoon CHILI POWDER Instructions Place all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Shred and serve how ever you like - as filling for tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas or burrito bowls, etc. It is easy to double or triple this recipe and freeze the extras.
