Pineapple-Rum Slush 3 cups pineapple juice $ 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5 large lemons) $ 3/4 cup golden or dark rum 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup sugar Combine all ingredients in a large plastic pitcher; cover and freeze at least 4 hours or until slushy. Note: Substitute orange juice for rum, if desired.

Valentine's Day is coming up and we'd love for you to try our Valentine's Baileys Heart recipe. You'll need 50ml Baileys; 10ml Raspberry liqueur; and 25ml Grand Marnier. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass, serve with whipped cream and a heart-shaped strawberry. 1.5 units.
