mmm these sound really yummy and look very easy too! .... Turkey Cucumber Wraps - 1/4 c chopped cucumber, 4 Tbsp softened cream cheese, 1-2 Tbsp dry french onion or veggie dip mix, 3 large flour tortillas 1/4 pound sliced smoked turkey breast; mix together cream cheese and french onion dip, stir cucumber into cream cheese and dip mixture, spread on tortillas, layer with turkey slices and roll up.

BLT Roll Ups Ingredients 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayonnaise 8 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 2 flour tortillas (8 inch) 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce Directions Mix cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl. Add bacon and tomatoes; mix well. Spread onto tortillas; top with lettuce. Roll up tightly. Cut each into 7 diagonal slices Makes 14 Servings

I’ve never had or made Cucumber Rolls before making this recipe, but I loved the flavors of feta with kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes inside refreshing cucumbers. The filling is super quick to whip up, and could even be used as a dip to go with vegetables (think sliced cucumber rounds and bell pepper strips) and toasted pita chips. Yum!
