Curry Pumpkin Soup Allrecipes.com Pumpkin Soup - the Best I Ever Tasted. I used 3-4 tablespoons of curry (instead of 2). Also added cumin and cayenne pepper. Used 1 can of lower fat coconut milk in place of cream. Used chicken stock instead of veggie stock. Made just before lunch and ate for dinner (best if sits for a bit before eating).
