Exercises (yuck)

Reverse bulky thighs, remove fat deposits from the inner thigh, inner knee and above the knee cap. results within 10 days...just 5 minutes a day.

Doing push ups in this position is killer for the obliques! Aim for 30 reps on each side daily. Tone your arms and your abs.

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.
