Thai Chicken with Hot- Sour-Salty-Sweet Sauce quadrupled the marinade recipe, added the juice of one lime and one minced clove of garlic, threw it all in a freezer bag with 5 drumsticks to coat it, and marinated for 30 minutes at room temperature.
