Newk's "Tippah County Caviar": 3 cans black eyed peas, 1 yellow bell pepper, 4 green onions, 1 jalapeño (seeded), small jar pimentos; mix 1/2 cup canola oil, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 1/2 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix into bean mixture. AMAZING!

Texas Caviar (Black-eyed Pea Salsa or Salad); I have eaten this 2 different ways at meal time. 1. on a bed of greens and 2. in an Ezekial Bread wrap. Fantastic flavor!

Using My Kitchenaid Food Processor to Make Salsa

Salsa de guacamole Avocado sauce 1 onion 1 bunch of cilantro Jalapeños as you wish 1/4 cup yogurt 1-2 tea lime juice Salt 1 tea crushed garlic 1 tea cumin 1/2 cup of water or more for desired consistency Blend in food processor

Cucumber Dip 1 avocado, diced 1 lemon, zest and juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1 seedless cucumber, chopped ½ cup raw spinach 1 green onion, chopped Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth

creamy avocado dip : greek yogurt, avocados, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper. I am a HUGE fan of this and have already made it twice! It is so delicious and has a great spicy kick to it. We also used it on fish tacos as the sauce, as well as dipped chips in it, and pretty much dipped everything in it. You could easily double it and be happy. Enjoy!

Fabulous Gameday Recipe: BLT Roll Ups! Ingredients 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened. 1/4 cup mayo. 8 slices Bacon, cooked & crumbled. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes. 2 tortillas (8 inch). 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce. Directions Mix cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl. Add bacon and tomatoes; mix well. Spread onto tortillas; top with lettuce. Roll up tightly. Cut each into 7 diagonal slices. Makes 14 Servings
