I want to be able to work out in this and look good in it.
Did not feel like working out today. After getting on the scale for the first time in a month and seeing that I had lost 6+ pounds though, I was motivated to knock out today's routine. I've been watching what I've been eating for 4 weeks & doing this workout consistently every day for the past 2 weeks. No way I'm stopping now! :) daily workouts, 4 week workout plan, back on pointe daily workout, tuesday exercise, home workouts, daili workout, workout tuesday, tuesday workout, back on pointe tuesday
....being SO SORE that you can't get on and off the toilet...for days! lol That's a great workout!!
