Perfect Brown Rice. This is no joke perfect brown rice. I will never make it any other way again. It was light and fluffy and done to perfection. The next day I made fried rice with it and that also turned out perfect.

Pull-apart pizza - great appetizer!

Garlic Shrimp Pasta. I would eat this everyday if I could!

Grilled Shrimp With Avocado-Mango Salsa --made in foil (bake in oven or on the grill)

. Sweet and Sour Chicken -- it really can't get any easier than this. All the ingredients are already in your pantry!

3 cheese artichoke dip 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 2 green onions, sliced thin 1 (14 ounces) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (8 ounces) block cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded mozzarella Dash Paula Deen’s Hot Sauce Dash Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Pork loin, apples, honey and cinnamon - 7 hours in the crockpot. This sounds delicious kids! Anything in the crockpot is worth trying.

Garlic Cheese Rolls (made with pizza dough, garlic butter, and mozzarella cheese)

Crock Pot Ham. Cover the bottom of the crock with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

throw 2 sliced apples, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour 2 cups of oatmeal and 4 cups of water on top. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.

EASY Salmon in a Bag - Tin foil, lemon, salmon, butter, wrap it up tightly and bake for 25 minutes at 300 °

Baked Oatmeal Casserole... bake at night, eat breakfast for the week
