swiss chicken ( crockpot) 6 boneless chiicken breast, 6 slices of swiss cheese, can of mushroom soup, 1/4 milk, 2c flavoured stuffing mix, 1/2 c butter. spray pot, put in chicken and cheese, mix up soup with milk and put over top of chicken add the stuffing and drizzle butter over top.

Mississippi Pot Roast! I made this last night(7/30/13) ! It was the best roast I ever made! Cooked in Crockpot from 7:30am-6:30pm. Drained the juices into a saucepan, added 1 cup beef broth and bolied some baby cartots and new potatoes. Then when the veggies were done added 1 more packet of brown gravy. (Yummy!!!!) NO LEFTOVERS!
Breakfast Casserole: Biscuits, Eggs, Cheese & Bacon. Tried this today. I put it all together at night so all I'd need to do is throw it in the oven. I seasoned the egg/milk mixture with Adobo. Very good. Maybe ham chunks and extra cheese, next time.

Amish Noodles: 2 tablespoons butter 1 chicken bouillon cube 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth 12 ounces egg noodles Directions: In a large pan, brown the butter. Add broth and boullion cube, bring to a boil. Add noodles, bring to a second boil, cover and turn off heat. (leave pot on the same burner). Let stand 30 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
