Incredible Baked Meatballs. 1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan , 1 cup panko or bread crumbs, 1 small onion, minced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. #BakedMeatballs

Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs! I made these for Mother's Day dessert and they were a big hit. I ended up using just strawberries cut in half alternating with lemon cake on the kabob skewers, then melted milk chocolate (because I couldn't find white in the store during my visit) over top and popped them in the fridge to cool for 30 mins. Very easy and very delicious!

CRAZY CAKE, also known as Wacky Cake - No Eggs, Milk, Butter,Bowls or Mixers!!! Crazy Moist & Good!!!

Always my fav! Crescent rolls on the bottom of a sprayed pan, then sausage crumbles, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, then whip 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk together pour over the top and bake on 425* for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper over the top.
