General Tso's Crock Pot Chicken: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes 4 tsp minced garlic 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp ground ginger 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or more if you like hot) 1 16-oz package stir fry veggies (General Tso's is one of my favorites!!)

Roasted Spaghetti Squash with parmesan and herbs - Delicious! And I just microwaved the squash in 10 minutes instead of roasting it. Easy and so good! Fresh rosemary makes all the difference too.
