DIY ways to lighten armpits (so many of us get this!)

To create a simple acne facial mask, you'll need the following: 1 table spoon of honey (for it's antibacterial and antioxidant properties) 1 table spoon of baking soda (for its exfoliating properties) 2 table spoon of water (purified or distilled) 4 to 6 drops of Tea Tree Oil (to lessen inflammation and dry up acne) Option: add lemon essence to lessen pigmentation from the acne scars.

Hydrogen Peroxide...who knew it could keep acne at bay. After taking a shower or washing your face, use a clean cotton ball to generously and gently wipe acne prone areas. Believe me...it works wonders! {Note: Use a solution of less than 10% hydrogen peroxide - mine is 3%}

Baking Soda Mask: Mix 5-6 tbsp of baking soda with half tsp honey and a tsp or 2 of milk or water, enough to make a paate. Add about 4-5 caspules of Vitamin E. Mix and apply on face and rinse after 15 minutes.

DIY Blackhead Remover: You need 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin and 1 1/2 tbsp milk. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the gelatin and milk together, then heat in your microwave for about 12 seconds. Stir the mixture and apply to the problem areas of your face. Let the mask dry completely (about 15 - 30 minutes), then carefully peel it off. The junk clogging your pores should be stuck to the mask.

Castor Oil face cleansing method. Mix castor oil with equal parts of either olive, coconut, jojoba or other oil of preference. Rub the mixture into skin for approximately two minutes. Next, a warm, damp wash cloth is draped over face until it cools. A cooled wash cloth is then used to wipe off the excess oil with continued rubbing.
