Healthy cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Snickerdoodles @Alyssa {The Recipe Critic}: made these 10/12/13, everyone loved them but they are labor intensive, I thought the filling was lacking, not very cheesecakey, and too thin. I also thought the taste overall was floury. I ate them and so did everyone else but I probably wouldn't make again....

Swirled Cream Cheese Pumpkin Bars -I made this tonight. It was a hit. I change to 1 cup brown sugar & 1/2 cup white sugar.

Pumpkin Bread with Pumpkin Buttercream. Oh my. Sub out eggs and diary to make vegan. Easy peasy delicious!
