Rotel Cups Makes: 45 cups Ingredients: 1 Can rotel tomatoes, drained (almost all the way) 1 bag bacon pieces 1 cup shredded swiss 1 cup Mayo 3 pkg. phyllo pastry cups – thawed Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the first 4 ingredients and scoop evenly into the cups. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 for 15 min.

Healthy mozzerella sticks A pinner said: I just made these and they were so good! They have to bake for about 6 minutes instead of 4. And make sure that you don't get impatient like I did and make them before they're totally frozen. It will work, but the cheese will melt before the breading is completely browned. But they were still really good. :)
