Sloppy joe empanadas: -Make sloppy joe mix (1lb browned ground beef, 1 can sloppy joe mix) -Open jumbo biscuits, spread each biscuit with fingers to round flat discs -Spoon sloppy joe mix on to 1/2 of biscuit dough, top with shredded cheddar cheese -Fold dough over, press along edge with fingers to seal mix in -Spray butter spray and place empanadas on baking sheet -Bake in oven @ 350• for approx. 13 minutes
