Roasted Garlic: ~ slice whole heads of garlic in half through the middle ~ place on a baking tray cut side up ~ drizzle generously with evoo ~ scatter thyme leave, sea salt & ground pepper over them ~ cover with tin foil ~ bake at 350 (F) for 30 minutes ~ remove foil & bake about 10 more minutes (until garlic starts to go golden brown)
