Feeling Free

What does freedom mean to you? What makes you feel free? When was the last time you felt free? What did that feel like? Can you capture what freedom looks like or feels like in a photo? Send me your photo (requests@mariashriver.com) and a short note of explanation and I'll include it in this board.

**Photo submitted by Karen Mulvaney** Life is fleeting Mother earth reveals the full cycle Wide open eyes and hearts Arms to embrace ourselves & others Shackled or free by what we do and what we think What will we choose?

**Submitted by Sydney Knott** Kellie Daniels, whose dad is in the Air Force, rides at Horses4Heroes summer camp! It's our way of saying "thank you" to the men and women who serve! Because Freedom isn't Free and these children are paying the price!

*Photo submitted by Michelle Verdugo Last Sunday, as I was going about my morning, it popped into my mind that one of my “life areas” that I’d like to see improvement in is the “Adventure” area. Keep in mind; I do realize this is not too adventurous! I suggested that we hit the Farmers Market and that’s what we did! It was a pattern break from our usual Sunday routine – and we had a great time! I stocked up on a few healthy veggies for the week and we were out enjoying the day as a family!
