Chicken Paprikash Sasha asked me to make this for him and I had never even eaten it! So I looked at a bunch of recipes and Simplyrecipes.com won out. I didn't use the sour cream at the end & used sweet hungarian paprika from Penzey's Spice. Chicken thighs and legs, skin on and bone in - winner. Chop the bones a little to allow the marrow to seep out. And stew for more than an hour!
