I make these Pinecone Cheese Balls (made with almonds, not actual pine cones) every Christmas for our office pot luck lunch. TIP: I make one pretty spicy with lump crab meat and cheeses, and another one with ham and mild cheeses. I surround the cheeseballs with crackers and stick the rosemary sprigs out of the top. Martha Stewart made these on television 20 years ago, and I am hooked on them!
