Homemade Chicken and Dumplings: Although after the flour is mixed for the dumplings roll it out and slice into 1in by 1in squares (easiest with a pizza cutter) and then add to the pot. Also you can add a bit of flour to the pot before adding the dumpling dough to make it have more of a gravy texture

These are a nice, easy side for dinner. I bought fresh green beans from the farmers market, trimmed, cleaned/dried them, and laid them out on the baking pan. I just eyeballed the oil, seasonings, and lightly sprinkled the cheese, since the recipe called for so little. It had a slight flavor, but nothing overpowering. (Roasted Parmesan Green Beans)
