Put a 3lb chuck roast in crock pot, sprinkle with Hidden Valley ranch dressing packet, add McCormick Au Jus packet, top with a stick of butter, add 6-8 pepperoncini peppers (I also added a little juice) but DO NOT ADD WATER (that’s the secret). Cook on low for 7-8 hrs, serve with mashed potatoes
