Lavandula angustifolia: this perennial flowering plant is commonly known as Lavendar. It grows 1.5 feet in height and spreads a similar distance. Its foliage consists of aromatic, lanced-shaped leaves that prop up clusters of lavender flowers that bloom during the summer. It works as a corner shrub in herb gardens or as informal edging along walkways.
