Arm Pull-Over Crunch: Grab a pair of dumbbells & lie on your back with your arms above your head. Lift your legs to a 45-degree angle. Bring your arms over your chest & lift your shoulders up while lifting your legs up perpendicular to the floor. Return to the starting position (keep your legs off the floor). That's 1 rep. Do 12-15.

PALEO AVOCADO EGG 1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2.Slice avocado in half 3.Take out the pit. 4.Scoop out about 1-2 Tbsp of flesh ( enough for the egg to fit) 5.Crack an egg into each avocado 6.Bake for 15-20 min 7.Remove from oven and season with pepper and chives.
