Vegetable Tian | Deliciously Organic. "Yum, Yum, Yum!" is all I can say. Started making this summer 2012, still going strong. I've used Swiss cheese, Italian blend, mozzarella and smoked cheddar (sometimes a combo). This is a superb recipe and the smoked cheese kicks it up a notch!
