FIT WIC is a program to increase physical activity among the family, by providing enjoyable and age-appropriate play ideas and activities. This program offers a positive approach to prevent childhood overweight, with a focus on health, not on weight, and sets the stage for healthy habits that can lead to a lifetime of healthy living.
