Great info on honey & cinnamon!!! WEIGHT LOSS: Daily in the morning 1 half hour before breakfast, on an empty stomach, & at night before sleeping, drink honey & cinnamon powder boiled in 1 cup water. When taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.
I like him even more now.
