DIY Gift Idea: Money Balloon (Guest Post) I found this idea, and I had to share it with everyone. My son is only 10 months old, so this idea would be for down the road when it comes to him and his friends, but if anyone has any school-aged nieces or nephews, this would be PERFECT. Instead of buying a card (which I hate spending money on) instead you can give a money balloon

Pinner said: I personally made this "money-book" for my daughter's 1st grade teacher! It totally made her cry!!! It was such a BIG hit that a ton of other teachers and even the principal were stopping me and talking about this amazing idea!!!

I received this gift from a student this year! Absolutely most practical gift ever! I then turned around and did the same gift for my sons teachers! They loved it! Cute neighbor gift idea! Its wrapping paper tape, and the tag reads Since November youve been shopping, barely sleeping, hardly stopping. Now its late, youre in a scrape, out of paper or out of tape. Hope this wrap helps save the day! Have a Happy Holiday!

Oodles of simple but cute gift ideas -- neighbors, secret pals, teachers, etc.

A little gift for summertime (towel, suntan lotion and a magazine or two).

All you need is an empty Kleenex box. Oh, and cash. Dollar bills. Tape the dollar bills together end to end with Scotch tape. Obviously the more dollar bills the greater the “WOW.” Stuff them in the Kleenex box with just one dollar sticking out of the box. It’s fun to watch someone’s eyes grow wider as they pull out the dollars that go on and on. Make a tag that says: Don’t blow it all in one place. Happy Birthday. # Pin++ for Pinterest #

What a fun and simple gift -- love that they used candy to make the box/container.
