Asian Pork Meatballs- As the month of January is winding down, I assume the Super Bowl is somewhere nearby. I don't know when the Super Bowl is (Yes, I know how to Google, I just don't care enough.) or who's playing (don't care about that either). Curried Cream of Broccoli Soup
Yum. Roasted Broccoli and Bacon? Yes. TIP: Don't stress about what kind of oil to use... I always use what I have on hand, and it comes out great. I spray this with olive oil in a spray bottle and it works great. And I love this with lots of garlic cloves thrown in, and just a touch of parmesan cheese tossed on there right in the very end. ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club
Roasted Broccoli & Bacon Recipe
This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
