Crock Pot Ham. Cover the bottom of the crock pot with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. What do I like more than bacon? You guessed it! A honey-baked ham in my house lasts maybe....never mind--I'm not going to tell all my dirty little secrets:)

Place a 2-lb pork tenderloin in a slow cooker, pour a 12-oz can of root beer over it and cook on high for 6 hours. Discard juice, cover pork with one 18-oz jar bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm. Serve on buns.

Crock Pot Baked Potatoes -- what a great idea! Great for summertime, too, when you don't want to heat your oven! We do this all the time only we don’t even wrap ours! Just scrub, spray lightly the crockpot and potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. The skins get yummy and delicious just like at a restaurant!! - going to try this!

Crockpot Lemon Chicken - Put 1 Stick of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Cook on High 4-5 hours, or Low 6-8 hours.

Chicken Bacon Ranch! Serioulsy this is heaven in a crockpot! And did I mention this is from cooking light?

Italian Crockpot Chicken -4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 16 Ounce Bottle of Italian Dressing (I used non fat) 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese Italian Seasoning 4-6 Potatoes scrubbed cut in half or wedges (you can peel if desired) 1/2 bag of mini carrots

Loaded Potato Casserole ◦1 (16oz) container sour cream ◦2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded ◦1 (3oz) bag real bacon bits ◦2 green onions, sliced ◦1 package Ranch Dip mix ◦1 (24 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed Mix all together and Bake in a 9x13 pan @ 350 for 40 min.
