Yellow Cake Mix 2 eggs 3-4 Overripes Bananas 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Smash bananas in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Batter will fill 2 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan. Spray pans well with nonstick cooking spray and a little flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (a little longer if using the larger loaf pan.)

BUBBLE PIZZA Preheat oven to 400°. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the biscuit pieces in a greased 8 x 8 glass baking dish. Top with sauce and pepperoni, sausage, etc. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from oven & sprinkle mozzarella & parmesan cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with oregano and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
