THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR! You do not get paid for chores because it's an expected part of being a family. Allowance is teaching children how to manage money. I have started this with the kids, the chore list doesn't get money but the commission chart does! There are different chores on each. AND she incorporates tithing and savings! Brilliant!

It proves through research that everyday experiences and play will stimulate different areas of learning. At the end of each chapter there are tips and activities for carryover in any home. It’s a must read for any SLP, parent, or educator!
Purchase a new Bible a year before your childs event—perhaps their 16th birthday or high school graduation. Then, take a year to read through it with a Bible reading plan making notations in the margin written specifically to your child. Make comments about the verse’s special significance. Mention how you’ve seen a truth of scripture lived out in their life. Warn them of pitfalls. Encourage them with favorite verses underlined. Then, on their big day, wrap it up and give it to them as a gift.
Homemade Baby Wipes. My aunt makes these and says they are amazing. I found out there are HORRIBLE chemicals in regular wipes that can make diaper rash worse. Also, using coconut oil instead of rash creams can work wonders. Not to mention this is WAY cheaper!
