3 sets of wall holds for as long as you can this works out what most women call "the pouch" or your lower abdominals -

Ab workout also.. Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine

Meal Measure Plate: To get portion sizes right during mealtimes, use a Meal Measure Plate ($8). It fits right over your plate; simply fill each opening with the corresponding food group. There are openings for vegetables, fruits, starches, and protein. Just remove it before serving and no one will even know how stealthily you're keeping track of portions.
