Korean Style Short Ribs (Crockpot) by ItsJoelen, via Flickr -- My grocery store doesn't have short ribs, so I used stew meat- will use something a bit more tender next time. I also ran out of ginger (I use so much!) and the store thave that, either. But overall, these were good. I wish the sauce thickened a bit; I will take the lid off the crockpot for an hour or so at the end to reduce it.

Crockpot Beef and Broccoli Recipe--my kids favorite meal in a crock pot so no rush--yes!--i would add a little more soy sauce and add the broccoli earlier than it says if using frozen. i thought i would leave out the mushrooms but my little one loved them, so I will keep them. I had mine over wild brown rice while the rest had over white rice.
