6th Street Design School: Feature Friday: The Graphics Fairy
Love this. As you can see, the top of the island is an antique door (minus the hardware) and to prevent the paint from chipping further, a coat or two of polyurethane was used. There was also a 1/4" tempered glass sheet laid over the top to ensure an even prep space but since it's clear you can still see it's unique beauty.
love these door tables
diy wood counter tops..
Take a tree branch and add spray paint = curtain rod
SHELTER: Gnarly- Chase Booth's bathroom, originally seen in Domino. DIY renovation with dark brown paint, fern (thrives in steam), rustic mirror and teak stool, classic sink, linen curtain, Edison industrial bulb, and Subway and penny tile--"clean, neutral and timeless." Major inspiration! I love this mirror.
