Cupcake Tacos - I have made these before and they are really good. They definitely can be eaten as a meal, instead of an app, as they are quite filling. I used Tostito's brand chunky salsa (mild) and salsa con queso, and I did not use reduced fat cheese (sorry, but yuck). I mean if you're making something called "Cupcake Tacos" let's not pretend that using diet cheese is going to make it healthier. Also, I tried them with ground chicken instead of beef and they were really yummy. Enjoy!
